Is renovating your bathroom worth a project? Yes, it is, especially when you want to sell your place.

If the basics i.e., plumbing and watertight are in good shape then few cosmetic changes like setting up a vanity can be beneficial to add value. Vanities can be of different sizes and designs, so a good match with the color scheme provides a new experience in itself.

If you have been using a floor mounted vanity before, changing it to a wall hung can create a newer space in the bathroom and adjustment of the height is also possible according to the homeowners.
